In Ocean Shores, Washington these two neighbors had a feud that finally boiled over, forcing the one neighbor to break into his arsenal of strange weapons.
Dave Grant, the bad mullet-headed victim, says his 67-year-old neighbor, Laurence Gaidrich has constantly been a problem among the neighbors.
Recently Gaidrich was drunk and chased Grant through the complex armed with a stun gun and an Ulu knife and even re-enacted the scene for us!
Grant ended up escaping unscathed and during Grant’s arrest, police found the strange knife.
With Gaidrich gone, Grant says the lovely neighborhood of the Ocean Lovers apartments has been a lot more peaceful!
