Honestly it seems like a real shame for Chen, now the only voice she can hear on our show is Mainland’s!
We’re sure if she’s just really sick of men anyways, this is probably a dream for her, but she would like to hear her boyfriend’s voice so it was a bit of an issue.
Once at the emergency room, the doctor diagnosed her with something called “reverse slope hearing loss” which makes her unable to hear lower-frequency sounds.
They say the condition is possibly temporary and brought on by stress but we can imagine she’ll be back to normal soon after just a few days of not being stressed out by men!
