Neighbor complaints prompted Hillsborough police to raid this home to find a simple, mom-and-pop sex club!!
Police made it in to the home to find people having “sexual encounters” and also an illegal bottle club.
Now when we said “mom-and-pop” it was actually run by this father-son duo, James Cutter Sr., 70, and James Cutter Jr., 42.
Denise Falsetti, 61, and Mariya Gladushevskaya, 32, were also arrested for running the illegal bottle and sex club without a license!
The “Sexual Encounter Center” has been a source of complaints of neighbors for a while now, especially from the neighborhood busybody and self-titled “neighborhood watchdog” Jeff Morrell.
“Look, you want to play, I’m no prude. But I don’t know who’s in this crowd and everything, and I don’t want them in my neighborhood,” said Morrell. “I’ve got grandbabies running around. I’ve got my kids, me and my wife. That’s not… that doesn’t belong here.”
So basically if you are going to use your home as a place for “sexual encounters” just get a license and at least invite the neighbors!
