Jessica Slaughter, aside from her brisk morning cardio also went vegan and beat her alcohol addiction.
She started in her seventies and ended up going down from a size 22 to a size 4, and still does her morning walk from the kitchen to the living room . . . over and over . . . 3,000 steps a day!
Yes, you read that right, THREE-THOUSAND STEPS A DAY.
So, basically, if this woman can get in 3,000 steps a morning in just her living room what’s our excuse!?
