Without context, it is hard to tell why this man is so aggressive about his apparent need to shake this other man’s hand.
All we know is this man seems pretty crazy and we can understand why everyone is trying to stop him from the said handshake!
Maybe he is drunk or maybe he is just an overly-polite former pro wrestler but either way, we definitely wouldn’t shake his hand either!
