Now that the recreational use of marijuana is legal in Michigan for those over the age of 21, people still have to get creative as to how they will market it!
State legislators still have to work out how exactly the rules of how recreational marijuana can be legally sold and purchased which means for now, it is still illegal to make a business of it.
However, this Ann Arbor bookstore is using cleverly-named book “bundles” for people to be able to purchase and receive a “free gift” like a blunt, bud or brownie!
Seems like a pretty brilliant loophole, on paper, however the county prosecutor is saying to still tread lightly!
Until then, we guess our friends on the east side of the Mitten can blaze up with all their gifts in all their glory.
