Recently former Dodgers player Paul Lo Duca stopped by The Favorites Podcast and shared a hilarious story about one of his teammates.
Co-host Blackjack Fletcher asked Lo Duca if he had any Hideo Nomo stories and the one he shared was a home run!
Lo Duca said there was one time the team was on a flight from Los Angeles to Philadelphia when Nomo challenged their trainer to a beer-drinking contest!
The trainer could only hang for about 18 beers whereas Nomo made it all the way up to 35 and could still manage to walk off the flight!
So there ya have it, folks! According to Lo Duca, Nomo is a legendary beer drinker!
