You’ve probably seen this headline across your news feed but here is your confirmation…it is real.
The bill, HB 604, would make it so men would have to report every release of sperm to law enforcement.
That’s right! Every. Single. One.
Proposed by five female democratic representatives, HB 604 is apparently not a serious piece of possible legislature and is more of just a response to proposed abortion regulation bill.
So this is all probably hypothetical but can you imagine!?
“911 what’s your emergency?”
“Hey, yeah, just want to report I just ejaculated. Have a nice day.”
