This New South Wales artist already spends his days making bongs but he has bigger, better plans for his town of Woodenbong.
“As soon as I heard Woodenbong, I envisioned a wooden bong,” said artist Paul Pearson. “I envisioned a giant wooden bong, taller than the Big Merino.”
Now this guy does not seem to be all there but there have definitely been mixed reactions to his idea!
Some are in support of it because of tourism, while others, or at least this guy, think it sends the wrong message about the community and could be disrespectful to the Aboriginal community.
We guess the only question we have here is if your town had a giant wooden bong, would you visit it?
