Chris Rock presented at the NAACP Image Awards on Saturday night, and right away he said he was told not to make any Jussie Smollett jokes.
So he did anyway and absolutely killed it.
He even had The Daily Show host Trevor Noah cracking up as he said he is going to call ol’ Jussie, Jessie instead because the “u” is a sign of respect.
“You ain’t gettin’ no respect from me,” Rock joked.
At least some people are laughing about that whole mess! We’re sure the Chicago Police superintendent isn’t, though…
