A nine-year-old kid in Michigan missed the bus earlier this year and was really upset and crying because he never misses school.
To make his predicament worse, it was his birthday, and he gets bullied at school so he wasn’t sure anyone would show up to his party.
Luckily Grand Rapids Police officer, Austin Lynema saw him miss the bus, got permission to give him a ride to school, and even turned on the sirens for a grand entrance!
Then he and some other cops threw him a party complete with special donuts!
Great to see our home police officers doing such amazing things!
