In the bottom of the eighth inning against the Mariners, Angels’ Justin Bour cost the team a massive play with a complete and utter brain fart.
Bour pops the ball up which would have given teammate Brian Goodwin a chance to steal second but he just assumed the ball was caught resulting in an out and started walking to the dugout.
Turns out it could have been an amazing play but instead left the Angels and Bour pretty embarrassed.
