A homeless guy in Sacramento was arrested for pleasuring himself in the middle of a residential neighborhood the other day…in broad daylight…surrounded by porno magazines.
One resident says he looked out from his bedroom window to see the man “pants pulled down to the ankles pleasuring himself like he was at an amusement park.”
After seeing the man going at it so blatantly, neighbors are questioning the area and might move.
That may be an exaggeration but hey, who are we to judge?S
