Can you imagine if every time young boys did something stupid to each other it made the news?
It must have been a slow news day or just a slow police work day because somehow state police ended up giving a 12-year-old boy a citation over giving another a “purple nurple” AKA a “t**ty twister”.
This reporter honestly seems like he hates his life having to report on this but maybe he suffered enough purple nurples back in his day, things have finally come full circle for him!
Thank goodness the police were there to keep a maniac like that young boy off the streets!
