Michael Douglas listed his 250-acre, 19th century estate on the Spanish island of Mallorca on the market for $60 million a few years ago but after a clear lack of buyers he not only knocked the price to $32 million and did his own voice work to advertise!
He originally bought the property in 1989 with his ex wife for $3.5 million so we wonder what they could have added to the house with ten bedrooms total, two cottages, five apartments, a pool, a vineyard, and olive groves to sell it for almost ten times more!
Unless the value is added in this ad which, come on man, this is no Ant Man.
