In a recent interview with Mike Francesa, Pete Rose said he and Joe DiMaggio got to know each other pretty well in Vietnam together!
They were on a 23-day tour when it got so hot and gross in the jungle, DiMaggio needed to shower.
Showering, however was a two-man job where one helps get the water going so inevitably, at least one man has to see the other naked.
Pete bluntly goes on to describe DiMaggio as, quote, “A penis with a man hanging from it.”
Now we know how he was able to score Marilyn!
