Around 40 years ago, a father and son say they were abducted by aliens in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Since then, the town has been known for this UFO abduction story.
Now, there’s a plaque standing by the river to commemorate this event. It was paid for by the historical society because it totally happened.
Charles Hickson, one of the abductees was there at the event with his family. He says that the event means so much to him, and he would cry if he even tried to describe it.
He is so dedicated to his story that he says, “I wish when I died I could be buried right here underneath this plaque, that would explain it the best. It is quite an honor”
Okay then…We guess he’s sealed his place in Mississippi history!
