A new Guiness World Record was made last year, and it’s the lowest note ever sung by a female!
Helen Leahy beat this record by singing the note D2, registering at 72.5 Hertz.
The lowest note sung by a male, eight octaves below the lowest note on a piano, is apparently so low it’s unable to be heard by humans… but how do we know then?
Anyways, this lady’s achievement is pretty cool though!
