Every party has that one person who maybe just shouldn’t be there but when the neighborhood kook shows up to the block party…that’s when things really hit the fan!
This guy we guess just really doesn’t understand how block parties work and got mad at his neighbors for being loud, so he threw a drum set at them!
Naturally, cops showed up and he proceeded to get aggressive with them too!
One cop had to get over a dozen stitches after being hit several times by the negative neighbor!
The not-so-friendly neighbor ended up getting tasered and arrested, though, and the party (hopefully) continued into the night!
