Turns out awkwardness really brings people together because her fiance is damn good at it too!
Being in a relationship with someone who is not famous like herself, Cummings said she does worry bringing him to events with lots of famous people.
They were at Jimmy Kimmel’s wife’s birthday when JJ Abrams walked up and Cummings’ fiance not only asked him his name but took it one step further and asked the ol’ standby “so what do you do?”

Needless to say Cummings thought it was horribly awkward but comes out a winner because she gets to be the one to share the story for all of us on Kimmel!
