Minot State Player Returns Kickoff Return For Absolutely Wild Touchdown

If you don’t watch must Division II college football you missed one hell of a play during the Minot State and Minnesota-Deluth game!

Now don’t mind the less-than-amazing play-by-play but this is incredible.

Toward the end of the first quarter, wide receiver Cory Carignan lined up to take the kickoff only to botch the return and fumble the ball into the endzone.

Carigan, however, made up for it promptly turning to grab the ball, avoid a hoard of defenders and run 104 yards to the end zone for a touchdown!

Sure, the play was a result of a pretty big “whoopsie” and it was the only touchdown for Minot State the entire game but what a touchdown it was!
