This man just needed some liquid courage to be able to go in and turn him in for what he thought was a warrant for a parole violation but there wasn’t one!
He was not wanted by the police at all…until he walked into the jail, drunk, telling them to arrest him!
They took him up on that not for the nonexistent warrant, though, but for public intoxication.
Now we’re sure that parole violation warrant is next…
