Joseph Sinawa is fighting with the state of Florida because when a child he believed was his was born he signed the birth certificate.
The state was charging him child support, something even the mother of the child was okay with him not doing, and taking $83 out of each of his paychecks.
Wanting to get visiting rights for a child he was using a third of his income to support, the state ordered a paternity test but results showed he actually was not the father.
Now, representing himself in the case, he is trying to get the Florida Department of Revenue to appeal their decision but until then he still has to continue paying the child support!
