You have to be careful what you post on Facebook depending on who you let onto your friends list. Lots of companies keep pretty close tabs on what they employees are sharing to be sure they are respectable and uphold the image of their company. One man shared a meme, or funny internet pic, which had Elmo on the toilet with the caption “Boss makes a dollar, I make a dime. That is why I poop on company time.”
The bossman saw the post on Facebook and TEXTED the employee to confront him. Well why not go to his work area and confront him directly? It was a Sunday, and the young man wasn’t working. However he felt he had grounds to let him go because “He brought work into it.”
This story has received so much attention that people stared spamming the business Facebook page with memes to the point where they had to pull the plug and shut down the page temporarily.
