Craig Grossi found a malnourished dog in Afghanistan back in 2010, took a risk and snuck it back home with him and now the two are inseparable!
In Grossi’s recent book, “Craig & Fred” he highlights all the ways the dog’s optimistic and endlessly positive energy changed his life.
Grossi brought up that in times you want to lose your temper or react negatively to a situation, “Those are the moments that we need to dig deep and find us a reason to wag our tails.”
