This 20-year-old woman in Loveland, Colorado was recently cited for “indecent exposure” after she was playing Frisbee in her yard topless.
She says it was a hot day, she wanted to cool down and so off went her top!
Three hours later, police showed up and issued her a citation after neighbors complained.
Now, though, after challenging the issue using the “Free The Nipple” movement to her advantage, the police have not only dropped all charges and agreed to pay her out a $50,000 settlement!
