This man went “missing” 33 years ago, his family had him legally declared dead, only for him to be discovered alive and well recently!
Rick Hazelton just up and left Glens Falls, New York back in 1986 without letting anyone know, falling in touch with friends and family to the point they assumed he died!
Well, luckily, a friend wanted answers and with the help of a detective, tracked Hazelton down!
Hazelton claims that because cell phones and social media just weren’t as prevalent when he left, he fell out of touch and apparently just never felt the need to let anyone know where he was…interesting.
We’re not here to assume anything but this all just seems pretty fishy.
Maybe his family will get some answers out of him as he joins them all for Thanksgiving. Let’s just hope they don’t solve a 33-year-old murder mystery!
