Two women in Danville, Kentucky were arrested recently after trying to steal two guinea pigs but were caught red-handed by the owner!
Apparently the two women walked in with nice, big, new purses but according to the pet store owner, they didn’t look like women who would carry something like that, so he was suspicious.
He then knew what was going on and followed them out of the store and started yelling at them for the return of the little critters!
As one woman reached into her purse to get the lil guy back, the other woman pulled her into the car and as they were pulling away they ran over the owner’s foot and threw the guinea pig out the window.
The women are now charged with shoplifting, robbery and cruelty to animals and we feel we should make sure Kelly knows this is not a “how-to” on the correct way to get two guinea pigs.
