Harlequins rugby player Joe Marler used the common phrase “get back on the horse” and really ran with it during this interview!
First he says what you will assume will be the old “lead a horse to water” analogy but in this one you ask the “horsey” if it wants to drink or if it wants to swim!
Then, according to Marler, the “slightly Irish horse” will “clippity-clop all the way to the stoop” and say hello to the fans!
It really doesn’t make sense but boy is it interesting!
What makes it better is Marler admits he does not ride horses and actually, doesn’t really like them!
