Utah Woman Might Have To Be Registered Sex Offender For Being Topless In Home

This woman’s stepchildren saw her topless in her own home and now she could be charged with “lewdness involving a child” but the ACLU is helping her fight it!

Tilli Buchanan was doing insulation work with her husband and as they were stripping off their itchy clothing, her stepchildren saw her.

Now how this all ended up being reported to the law, we have no idea but maybe these kids just aren’t a fan of their stepmom!

Ultimately, this led to the criminal charges being thrown her way which her attorney and the ACLU of Utah are fighting.

Of course this sparks up the “Free the Nipple” argument but also has the ACLU trying to dismiss a portion of Utah’s lewdness statute to be struck down citing a recent ruling by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that found anti-topless laws discriminated against women.

We’ll see how this works out for her! #TsOutForTilli
