In parts of Wausau, Wisconsin there’s an ordinance that forbids you from throwing snowballs. The town says it’s to prevent people from getting hurt because they believe snowballs are in the same category as, “missiles, rocks, & arrows.” How in the hell are snowballs the same as missiles, rocks, and arrows? You gotta be kidding.
