12/14/20 Robbery

On December 14th at around 5:50 a.m., police responded to 1129 W. Omaha Street for a report of a robbery that had just occurred. On arrival, police made contact with an employee of the business. The employee told police that two unknown subjects, a male and a female, had entered the store. At one point, the female brandished what the employee described as a handgun concealed in a bag and demanded money from the register. The clerk complied and the male subject grabbed items from behind the counter before both suspects fled the store. The female is described by witnesses as Native American, wearing a brown/maroon jacket, dark sweatpants, a scarf, a floral printed mask, and dark brown sunglasses. The male is described by witnesses as Native American in his late teens/early twenties, wearing a blue mask, gray jacket, jeans, and a gray beanie.
