Have you ever had that awkward moment where you are super excited to show someone something and they just respond “Yeah, I’ve seen that”? Imagine how much worse it would feel to have them say “Yeah, I made that.”
That’s what happened between long-time friends, Conan O’Brien and Elizabeth Banks as they recount the story of the time Conan was so jazzed to show Banks the trailer for the new film, “Cocaine Bear” only for Banks to tell him she was the one who directed it!
In Banks’ position, though, that had to have been at least somewhat flattering! Would have been a lot worse if he would have hated it…
