Diamond Ring Miraculously Found at Twin Cities Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Metropolitan Council of Minnesota’s Twin Cities are in search of the owner of a diamond ring that miraculously was found at a wastewater treatment plant by a technician who just happened to see something shiny in the debris.

As wonderful as this find is, there’s quite a big time frame in which the ring could have been lost as the treatment plant opened in the 60’s and the ring could have been lost any time between then and now and finally emerged from the waste.

“If you think the ring may be yours, you can submit a photo of the ring or provide a detailed description by emailing MCES-Inquiries@metc.state.mn.us or by calling 651-602-1269,” reports KSTP 5. “A photo of the ring will not be released but the Met Council says it has distinctive features that the owner will be able to describe.”
