Former Smash Mouth singer Steve Harwell passed away on Sunday at the age of 56.
According to reports, he was in hospice care due to liver failure after, as many of you might already know, he struggled with alcohol abuse for years. He was also diagnosed with cardiomyopathy in 2013.
While Harwell may have had mixed feelings regarding the success of Smash Mouth hits like “All Star”, he will be remembered for that song and more for years to come.
