On October 1st, 2023, the woman who birthed legendary guitarist, Tom Morello, turned 100!
As if turning 100 wasn’t a big enough deal, the celebration for Mary Morello becoming a centenarian also gave us this incredible performance by Jack Black and Mary’s grandson, Tom’s son, Roman Morello.
Jack, Roman and a few of Roman’s fellow 12 and 13-year-old friends got together to perform a seven-minute rendition of Ozzy Osbourne’s “Mr. Crowley” and, as expected, the performance was very reminiscent of “School of Rock” and was truly something to behold!
