A 32-year-old West Virginia woman has gained popularity for symbolically taking on the burdens of others by tattooing them on her own legs.
Tattoo artist, Chelsea Rohrbrugh, started this project during the pandemic and now has over 370 tattoos on her legs with meanings ranging from child abuse, domestic violence, unsolved murder victims and mental health.
Rohrbrugh estimates she’s got room for approximately 150 more before she intends to pass the list along to another creator to continue the project.
