Meet Etienne Constable, a man who had his boat parked in his own driveway and received a letter from the city telling him to put up a fence to conceal the watercraft from view.
Constable, being a reasonable man, put up the fence but enlisted the help of his artistic neighbor, and had a mural painted on the fence that looked exactly like what was supposed to be concealed behind it!
