Registration and Shirt Sales

T-shirt sales will be available in the lobby at Rapid City Regional Hospital from 11 am – 1 pm on February 8th and 9th.
$20 at the event or by visiting:

(Use the West Entrance located on the north side (front) ofthe hospital and follow the signs)
M-F 8 am – 4 pm

Lobby Sales
T-shirts will be available in the lobby at Rapid City Regional Hospital from 11 am – 1 pm Wednesday and Thursday February 8th and 9th.

Race Day Registration
10:30 am – 11:45 am at Sioux Park picnic shelter behind the track.
(limited number of shirts available on race day)

The 5K run/walk course begins on the bike path at Sioux Park, and goes to Founders Park and back.

The race begins at noon.  Walkers and runners should remain on the bike path.

What to expect pre-race
At the picnic shelter, help yourself to some healthy treats, coffee or water.  Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow runners, hospital staff, and cardiac patients.  About 10 minutes prior to the race start time, an announcement will be made for runners and walkers to head to the starting line.

After the race
Return to the picnic shelter for post race snacks and prize drawings made possible by our sponsors.
