Light the way through the dark and cold of winter with chair yoga sequences designed to warm up your muscles and joints, boosting your body’s energy level towards a brighter future! Our Gentle Chair Yoga class, suitable for all fitness levels and physical conditions, offers two sessions: Monday, December 3 and 17, from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. (Meeting Room B, upstairs).
For a more traditional practice utilizing mats and blocks, our community Yoga @ the Library class will meet upstairs on Monday, December 10 from 6 – 7 p.m. Open to ages teen through adult, mats and blocks are available or bring your own.
Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective will guide and encourage you. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
