Greet fall with flexibility and calm. Our community Yoga @ the Library class will meet upstairs on Monday, September 10 from 6 – 7 p.m. This class offers basic yoga poses using mats and blocks. Open to ages teen through adult, mats and blocks are available or bring your own.
If you crave a more supported practice available to all fitness levels and physical conditions, try our Gentle Chair Yoga class on Monday, September 17 from 10:30 – 11 a.m. (Helen Hoyt Room, downstairs). You will sit, stretch and strengthen your way to increased stability and range of motion.
Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective will guide you in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
