Seventh Circuit CASA Program invites the community to join us. April is National Child Abuse Awareness Month. Throughout the year, the Seventh Circuit CASA Program encourages everyone to play a role in making Rapid City a better place for children and families. Everyone’s participation is crucial in the prevention of child abuse and maltreatment. Bring your signs and banners showing your support of preventing child maltreatment. All individuals and groups are welcome. The route will begin at the Pennington County Courthouse at 315 St. Joseph Street. Participants will march west on St. Joseph Street, turn right on 6th Street, then north to Main Street Square. At Main Street Square, there will be information booths, refreshments, a proclamation and a candle light vigil in honor of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
