The annual February Freeze 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, February 14th, 2021 at the Old Storybook Island Shelter. This is an event to kick-off National Cardiac Rehab week and promote awareness of heart disease and prevention. Registration is available online or the day of the race from 10:30-11:45AM and the race starts at noon. Whether completing the race in person or virtually, we would prefer online registration if able. Long sleeve t-shirts are available to purchase at Cardiac Services 8AM-4:30PM Monday- Friday for $20. You may call 605-755-8208 regarding t-shirts and any questions. Limited quantities available on race day. Event refreshments will be available and door prizes will be drawn immediately after the race. Winners will be announced after the race. We plan on starting the race at the Old Story Book Island Shelter and going through Park Drive and finishing back at the Old Story Book Island Shelter.
