If you could do or have anything at all, what would it be? The ability to walk through walls or bound over tall buildings? Taste fire? Have one night with your favorite celebrity? In this talk we will dive deep into these mysteries and discuss some practical tools for accessing the power of your dreams. We will also talk about the inherent beauty and necessity of good sleep hygiene, what happens when this is disrupted and what you can do to promote a healthy relationship with your nightlife.
