Hearts, flowers and chocolates are lovely but soon gone. This Valentine’s Day, give your mind and body the lasting gift of yoga. No matter your age or fitness level, you are invited to roll out a mat at our community yoga class on Monday, February 13 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs). Class is led by one of the instructors from the Sōl Yoga Collective. If you don’t have a mat of your own, use one of ours! Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
