Usually if something is awesome to see in real life, it’s pretty cool on TV or in photos but sometimes things that are meant to look good on TV or in photos, don’t look all that great when executed in real life.
We’re not sure what the Chicago Cubs were going for either way here when the players were making their grand entrances onto Wrigley Field for opening day with these stunning(ly bad) pyrotechnics.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, only two of the four sparkler setups appeared to be functioning and it wasn’t enough to give the Cubs their first win of the season.
