Don’t you just hate when alligators appear in your backyard pool and you then spend time taking care of them as if you put them there?
That’s what happened to this guy in Florida who was taken into custody recently for “illegal killing, possessing or capture of alligators and unlawful taking of slider turtles.”
He claims an ex-girlfriend’s friend placed the gators in his pool and that he tried contacting Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) despite zero evidence of those attempts.
Aside from the live gators that were removed from his property, officials also found a dead gator he admitted to killing as well as turtles in a kiddie pool he took from a nearby lake.
