A couple MLB announcers were left momentarily speechless during a recent Baltimore Orioles game after a hot mic caught an arguably hilarious celebratory moment.
It happened after Ryan O’Hearn hit a three-run homer and then took some swigs off the Homer Hose which is Baltimore’s dugout celebration water funnel with orange and black hoses.
There’s a mic next to it, which is smart so they can catch some of the players’ reactions in exciting moments, but it also meant O’Hearn’s colorful comments were broadcast live.
You can tell announcers did not know what to say until at least one could muster up a good comeback.
