In a unique move during the most recent MLB All-Star Game, Clayton Kershaw was mic’d up so he could give commentary to the play-by-play crew from the mound!
As Kershaw was pitching, he was chatting it up with the FOX Sports broadcast team, including John Smoltz and even asking them for their suggestions on which pitches to choose.
Smoltz was throwing out some pretty wild ones, leading Kershaw to have some pretty hilarious reactions.
The game ended up in a tie so they went into the first-ever “swing-off” which was basically a mini home run derby to determine a winner, which ended up being the National League.
