This Joyfully Tone-Deaf Choir is so Relatable They Might Actually be Good

If there’s one thing we know and love, it’s a group of people who know they can’t sing but finding joy in doing it together anyway!

On Vancouver Island, someone finally got tired of hitting all the wrong notes alone in the shower and launched choirs specifically for the tone-deaf, where singing in tune is optional, but enthusiasm is required.

The “Tuneless Choir” is led by Nadine Cooper, an enthusiast who knows that joy trumps perfect octaves. Thanks to her and all the choir members, tons of pitch-challenged people across Langford and Sidney are not letting their inability to sing stop them from belting it out.

Now, there are more than 30 tuneless choirs performing in England and they’re even planning a weekend retreat in February to celebrate the 10-years of tuneless choirs!
